ManyChat is a broad chat-marketing platform spanning Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and email, with a visual flow builder.
INSTAX is focused on one job, Instagram comment-to-DM, and builds the automation from a plain-English description instead of a flow canvas.
Choose INSTAX if you want a first automation live in minutes without learning a flow builder, and want account-safety pacing as a core feature.
Choose ManyChat if you need multiple channels, a mature template ecosystem, or team collaboration features.
