Chatfuel is a general chatbot and AI-agent platform aimed at sales and support conversations across several messaging channels.
INSTAX is narrower on purpose: keyword and story-mention triggers on Instagram, follow-gating, lead capture, and paced delivery.
Choose INSTAX if your goal is turning comments into DMs and leads on Instagram specifically.
Choose Chatfuel if you need broad conversational AI for support or sales across multiple channels.
